To participate:

1. Complete & submit the form below to let me know you want to participate.

2. First time participants: I will email a Release Form. Please complete & return it before class.

3. Submit your payment via Venmo, US Check or PayPal.

4. Zoom meeting link will be emailed prior to the class time.

5. At the time of the class, open the Zoom meeting invitation on a compatible device.

Note: a larger display (e.g. laptop or tablet) makes it easier to view and follow the exercises.
